Is the theater accessible to those with disabilities?

Is there elevator access to the balcony?

The seat balcony is accessible only by stairway. We do have wheelchair accessible seating in the main auditorium on the first floor.

My ticket shows a specific row and seat. What does that mean?

For most live performances, seating is assigned and designated at the time of purchase. On the day of the event, our staff will happily direct you to your seat.

What are general admission tickets?

For some live events and most film screenings, tickets are sold as general admission. Seating is not assigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, the balcony is inaccessible for film screenings.

What happens if a show is canceled?

On rare occasions, performances may be canceled. We will make every effort to reschedule the performance. In the event of cancellation, we will provide refund information on our website or you can contact the box office at (580) 332-8108.

When do doors open?

The doors typically open one hour before the scheduled show time.

When is the box office open?

The box office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding federal holidays. On event days, the box office will be open a minimum of two hours before doors open and at least one hour after the show begins. The box office can be reached at (580) 332-8108.

How do I receive tickets purchased online?

You may print your online tickets after purchase and bring to the event on the day of the show. Lost or stolen online purchases can be reprinted as needed at the box office.

Is parking free?

Free parking is available along Main Street and Townsend Avenue. There is also free parking available behind the theater and at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Townsend Avenue.
